My journey started with such an informed discussion with a nurse and she was then able to book me with a doctor straight away! My Doctor, Doctor Yang IS AMAZING! He listened to everything I had to say - I finally felt heard! Not too long after my appointment, their Patient Care lead called me, just to see if I was OK! I am truly blown away with this companies attention to detail, standards and care for their patients. I have since had two follow up appointments, one with a doctor and the other a nurse. Simply put. Perfection. My only regret, not reaching out to their team earlier! They are amazing and have given me back my quality of life.

Prior to consult had to fill in a medical history questionaire which was clear and easy to complete. The admin staff (lily) was very well organised and made sure all required information was present in order for the consult with Dr to proceed efficiently. Dr Paul is a kind and compassionate man understanding my issues and listening to my needs and appropriately suggesting medicine. Very happy that he prescribed the type of product I wanted (lower dose of THC). If only my GP ran his clinic the way this clinic is run.

Bonus with the provided product, my other healthcare provider said my injury was healing much faster than she expected.
