From early 2021 CDA was the 'best clinic around' with very few detractors and some of them were clearly not objective but since early 2022 they went from 2 weeks for a followup appointment to 6+weeks to try and get hold of them. Scripts had run out, could not get medication and they had zero care. Their 'patient care model' became nonexistent overnight (around Apr-May 2022) and you would wait a month to speak to a nurse if you were lucky as they clearly shifted their focus towards 'profits and greed'. They used to be an exceptional service provider that genuinely seemed to care but are now a toxic wasteland of 'Telehealth only' and should be avoided at your peril as their sheer incompetence and lack of care will tend you towards anxiety ramping and could literally make you more ill.

Lucky the people on the phone are lovely and give discounts but also in saying that half of them have no idea and give you the run around even more without meaning to. Dealt with issues after issues and then they turn around and make you ffeel like your nothing. I really hope they lift their game. Give patients more options and better prices for their health issues as they are available. i have hope alterneaf will get better but if they don't I might have to change. I hope not

I now use my GP who is so much better than these clinics. balnce was quick to get an appointment (this was months and months ago so don't know about now :S) but the aftercare service is non existent. The doctor was late but apologetic and seemed flustered and wanted to get it over with as quick as possible. Not many questions asked about my conditions but I got a script which is what I wanted. Seemed to only know about cannatrek products and thats what I got. It was effective so cant complain about that
