They are now transferring their patients to Clinics Karuna Health- free referral in May 2024. The doctor listened and supplied what I needed. Karuna not so easy to deal with, took a bit of negotiating and from that I could not get the exact same. They did provide an alternate product that was better value and higher strength. They did listen and suggested an altered timing for consumption to help with insomnia and anxiety.

I live with chronic anxiety, so had catastrophised the 'expected' experience well in advance. Our appointment was slightly delayed and Alaina's honesty about the reason had me laughing and, importantly, straight at ease. Alaina patiently walked me through the process, asked questions and provided informed advice and recommendations. She also answered many questions. Alaina is easy to talk to, knowledgeable and caring. The TGA approval was received this morning and the script sent to the Pharmacy. I can't recommend Alaina, The Waiting Room and the pharmacist highly enough. Thank you all for making this a stress free process 😀

Very slow at responding to messages. When I finally got scripts it was for an out of stock product. Very pushy on Cannatreck products which is why I changed clinics in the first place. When I stated I did not want Cannatreck products, I got prescribed Cannatreck products anyway that I already own and have prescriptions for, which I clearly stated. Will not be making a follow up appointment!
