I've read a lot of patients saying they've never had to wait this long before so it seems to be something that has come up, rather than business as usual. I asked the nurse to ask my doc what was going on and shortly after that I had Dr. Beckett going over my case after hours, discussing what would be best and willing to consider my preferences, the same day I had my script and ordered that night through their platform. Chemist shipped them out first thing on the Thursday, they arrived across state that Friday - so at least I know once I have my scripts things go smooth and quick. Pairing that service with a clean unified interface makes Candor a good choice in my book, the delays are a nuisance but it's clear they weren't considered acceptable either, that is what matters, someone cares at the end of the day. There is a card surcharge, I would guess 1.5-2% but otherwise every product I've seen has been RRP. This, plus there being no option to pick up - at least for me in Sydney, makes it a bit more expensive than some other clinics or doctors, but, far from the worst. I'd definitely suggest them to anyone looking for a convenient all in one experience, the staff are friendly, they have all the products available anywhere else - it seems, can't go wrong.
