Liver inflammation markers (NAFLD) have dropped since taking this but there have been other lifestyle changes that may have caused that.

The positives - After nearly two decades of taking a variety of opioids and benzodiazepines for chronic pain, fibromyalgia and neuropathic pain I have finally got rid of 75 % of opioids and 95% of benzodiazepines slowly reducing each over the last three and half months with the aim to remove the tabs completely. I initially built up from 1ml to 2ml a day then slowly reduced the tablets and later slowly reduced the oil back to 1ml to see if it was enough to cover and it was. It is not a cure all and pain still exists from day to day but nowhere near as intense and best of all I am not taking the opioids, which would cause my great insomnia and I would usually only average four hours sleep a night over seven days with usually two or three nights no sleep, but since starting the oil I have had no sleepless nights at all. The Negatives - The three negatives are 1: taste is not great, 2: the cost, given it is not TGA approved the private health funds won't cover it as a private script and 3: lastly the lack of information about the product, such as how best to take it, i.e., single dose, split dose, morning, evening dose, will an extra dose help on a bad day. I had to largely experiment in the end I found an evening dose the best option. If someone suffers pain and on high dose opioids, then give it a go, I said I would give three bottles and three months trial and despite the high cost it as proven worthwhile so far.

I've been on CBD oil now for close to 3 months and I have not had any pills for about 2 months now. I don't really feel it working, I just see the results. I'm still experience pain, but my relationship with pain has changed.
