Also trying to reduce anxiety and poor sleep. Started on 0.1 ml twice day and increments up to 0.3 where I am staying. Best way I can describe the effects is that I feel more ‘balanced’ and I feel this is largely due to improved sleep (not more necessarily, just better quality). A surprising benefit has been some weight loss and a reduction in food cravings!? But the core reason I started this product was the numbness etc and that has been reduced as well.

Doctor told me this is very strong...blah.... blah.... blah..... I am pretty confident I could drink half the bottle and have no effects what-so-ever. I am starting to think this CBD for insomnia and pain relief is just a placebo effect for people that don't have serious pain or insomnia.

The oils in combination with flower have made a significant difference in quality of life and pain management. This oil is fantastic, high amount of CBD and the oil doesn’t taste horrible. Would highly recommend.
