Highly disappointing. Just dead, devoid of terps, hardly cheesy at all. Don't waste your time and money.

Blue Cheese has always been a favourite of mine for it's unique aroma and vivid, relaxing effect. I was told that Cream Cheese is a Blue Cheese pheno selected for its cream smell. It may have once smelled like cream, but now it is dead. came sealed and with a new brand of humidity pack, which I assume due to being a new product hasn't had time to work as the bud is just as dry and dead as their Sandra. in my opinion Elevated Extracts is doing something very wrong with their drying/curing process as the end product is always severely lacking in terpenes. I'd usually do a more in-depth review but to be honest this flower doesn't really deserve it. GENETICS: Cream Cheese (Blue Cheese pheno) - Blueberry x U.K. Cheese (skunk #1 pheno). LOOK: thankfully this has been trimmed, unlike Sandra which contains 5g of leaves for every 30g of flower. still, it's rather dead looking. I like crisp nugs but this isn't so much crisp as it is dry. subdued pale/dark green + pale yellow/gold. yellow + amber trichomes. visible seed capsules. SMELL: yikes. any remnant of what the plant might have smelled like has long since disappeared. Seaweed, hay, grass (the holy trinity of dead bud aromas). Pine/eucalyptus. Ginger. There's some cream/cheese hiding in the background somewhere with some very slight, sweet fruit aroma. honestly was really looking forward to this, seriously disappointing. even my empty tub of MAC-1 smells stronger and more distinct than this. In 10g I only once noticed a cheese/camembert taste. Edit: some weeks later it smells like butter + menthol. maybe slightly improved by the humidity pack. I'm sure the fresh plant smelled amazing but something between then and now went horribly wrong. EFFECT: Cannabis Compass: https://imgur.com/a/fIgG7HI I would have liked to spend more time assessing this but now given the quality it doesn't really matter. it feels like about what you'd expect from dead buds, mostly just like THC. it's relaxing and chill, quite sedating, not anxiety inducing, although fairly mental still. Was one of the first strains to couchlock me in maybe 7-8 years. Still, devoid of character, very generic. Hunger inducing (bonus for me). Look: 6/10 Smell: 2/10 Effect: 6/10 Overall: 4.5/10 it pains me to write a bad review as I have high hopes for the Australian MC industry, but we're just not there yet. EE needs to change their growing practices to preserve the terpenes more in their final product. I thought they would have done something differently after all the bad Sandra reviews but this is just the same. This wouldn't fly overseas, bud like this only seems good to people who have known nothing but PGR. We as patients deserve better. Oh and please put the terpene %s on the label. That would encourage MC companies to actually care. Terpene % is the biggest indicator of quality.
