I got a good feeling from the Dr, seemed like she actually cared. Not having a physical script doesn’t really bother me, quite happy to use their portal. Would be good to see a speed up in processing times on orders but other than that pretty happy

Ot subistute took months to get my money back for products i paid for with a current script and they refused to send me my product when it came in coz my script had expired but i had paid when it was current just shit shit shit shit

I have tried several orders now, hoping the initial issues were one offs... Every time I have order... I have tried several orders now, hoping the initial issues were one offs... Every time I have ordered, it takes at least 2 weeks to get the order. Last order placed on 26th, might arrive on 9th October....one of the items ordered was apparently not in stock (identified after taking money) and they had no alternative item that was the same (16% cbd flower). I am STILL waiting for that refund too.....and it's also frustrating because now I'll have to pay another $15 for 'express' delivery of this item if/when it is in stock again (And then wait at least another 2 weeks to receive it). I tried to order more on my last order to avoid these ridiculous waiting times and out of stock issues that gave impacted every order I have raised......however the quality of the x2 boxes of cbd was poor - it arrived wet and sticky, had to be air dried, and then probably lost about 5g of weight. Polln had NO interest in this at all, and would not provide a refund or replacement - in fact their process for this is so sub standard I am surprised they are not in breach of Australian consumer rights regulations (they actually are, but dealing with them is like pulling teeth). I will now have to move my custom elsewhere, as I am so fed up of them...I would advise trying a different provider or making sure you have some other medications that can be used for 2-3 weeks whilst you wait for this to turn up.
