I went to PLNTD as I have been dealing with chronic pain for the past 8 months. In my initial consul... I went to PLNTD as I have been dealing with chronic pain for the past 8 months. In my initial consult I told my doctor (James Abraham) that currently I am seeking sativa based Products as Indica can have adverse affects on me at times . He acknowledged this and proceeded to prescribe me sativa oil. After I purchased the oil I went back onto my PLNTD account where it stated that the oil was not available. After contacting their support team they told me that this was not the case, however, a couple of hours later they claimed that the oil was indeed out of stock and that my doctor substituted me an indica oil without my knowledge. As I made it very clear that I do not want indica oil at this point of time I went back to the support team about this issue . The support team was amazing and they truly tried the best they can to resolve the issue. However, as they don’t have to power to send me another oil they brought up this issue with my doctor where not only did he not try to understand the situation but he made a script of the oil I did not want as well as spelling my name wrong. To me it seems that my doctor did not care about this situation and my preference in medical cannabis products. Will recommend other services such as dispensed or Astrid dispensary but best to stay away from PLNTD.

I really wanted these guys to be as amazing as all the reviews have said, but unfortunately my exper... I really wanted these guys to be as amazing as all the reviews have said, but unfortunately my experience has been literally the worst case of medical malpractice I've ever come across in my life. I had my initial consult booked, and the doctor called me 2.5 hours late and I unfortunately had a little work meeting. I didn't realise I had to leave such a big window so I'll take the first appointment as my responsibility so I booked another for a few days later My second initial appointment comes around and the doctor then proceeds to call me almost 6 hours late and I am now about to jump on a train to go on a concert as it's 5pm- He told me he would message me a number I could call the next day- I never received a number or a message. So I book a third initial appointment for another few days away and I literally just do not get a call whatsoever. I got a message the next day (28 hours after appointment time) saying that the doctor was running late and would call soon and then I just didn't receive a phone call at all Tried to book a fourth appointment and couldn't get in for over 3 weeks, they then changed my appointment for another 5 days later bringing it to over a month since my initial appointment I then submitted a support request. Explained all of this to the support lady. The support person absolutely agreed that that was multiple errors on their behalf and she still couldn't get a doctor on the phone for me. It took 12 days to ressolve in a support request and it ended because I am taking my care elsewhere, so wasn't even resolved by them either This has been the worst case of medical malpractice I've ever experienced- avoid.

Delay of 8 days between booking and appointment Appt booked for 11-11:30, at 1pm I rang the call centre, was told I'd get a call back 5pm call, lasted 5 mins (okay, I'd given case history online) 6pm script avail online :) 7-8pm tried reviewing script and order 3 of 5 products. Web site kept glitching then locked me out. Email sent to support addy Next day, request to send additional ID?? (wtf!)

Filled in the patient form online & booked a call for the following week. Received the call on-time... Filled in the patient form online & booked a call for the following week. Received the call on-time, and went through my details with the doctor. Within a couple of minutes, we were talking product types and strains. First script was received immediately after phone call, and the products I was prescribed were then visible for order. Postage was very (very!) quick. Ordered Tuesday arvo, received on Thursday.
