However, twice in a row Ive now had the pharmacy (Cambridge Compounding) send me incorrect products (once an oil instead of a salve? and now a cream instead of an oil). The customer service team are fantastic but the pharmacy is shite and they've ruined my trust in this business.

I've had 3 doctors at this clinic (my first doctor left and now I have only been able to see the thi... All three listened to my needs, celebrated with me when I said things had worked and found other budget friendly options for now when I need something different. The customer support are super quick and helpful. The pharmacy sent me an oil instead of a salve due to it being out of stock, and the support staff were super fast at helping me get a refund on both the product and the shipping. This is the only clinic I've tried but it's been a good experience and the pricing has been good. My only real complaint is the lack of consistency with doctors.

Thought I'd give them a God. Registered and booked a consult. Dr never called. Gave them another go, uet again Dr never called. Called their customer service and they took my details. Of course noone never called back. Horrible experience and a waste of my time. I did comment their facebook of my experience and instead of trying toassist they blocked me. Shows what type if business they are.

He called me early and listened to me when I asked for cheaper products and he confirmed my answers from the 'eligibility quiz'. It was a super positive experience and I've had great support from their support team. When this doctor left I was given a free consult with another doctor of my choosing. She was also incredible and was so happy when I explained how the products Ive been using have been helpful. Overall a very positive experience and the prices are great too.

First consult is great. Then your prescriptions go out of stock and they ignore emails for weeks.
