Friendly understanding staff, appointment was made within a week of first contact, prescription given within 10 minuites of initial consult. There were some communication problems between myslef, Doctors, reception and dispensing compounders which Mode helped to sort out as quickly as they could. A few days because not all sfaff work every day there. They are expensive at $150 on pensioner rate for initial consult. and medication prescribed was expensive in comparision to comparative ones by about 30%. Mode at Dunsbrough were reliable, on time and polite. They provided a pathway for me to gain a better quality of living suitable to my circumstance, preferences and conditions.

Advice was given of where best to pick up to avoid exesive mark up prices by pharmacies. I was naieve and wish I had access to the knoledge on this site before the consult. I also wish I knew that you could request a specific medication. Two days after I realised a 30% better priced comparative option I would have been just as content with which is a product of the reffering company. I asked reception if the script could be changed as I had not yet pick up the original one. They said I would have to book another consult to have a new script given which I thought was pretty unethical. Especially since the referal came from a Manufacturer who's product they did not precribe. Obiously Modes profit was more important than my sence of goodwill and satisfaction. 10/10 for quick turnaround time, at $150 initial consult fee at pensioner rate you woiuld expect it. I could recommend Mode Dunsbrough for fast turnaround and polite staff but not for pricing of consult or prescription.
