Due to chronic illness in my past I have seen many many many MANY doctors and health specialists in my life. Dr. David Turner is one of the best I have ever come across - if not the best. His ability to listen, show compassion and the great energy he gave of was both inspiring and pleasantly surprising I feel both genuinely supported and cared about by him and didn't feel like I was just a paycheck to him (or a nuisance due to complex health challenges) like I have to other doctors. Thanks Dr. David! Your a legend!

But more recently the clinic has became even worse. Waiting upto 3 days for scripts is a joke especially for patients suffering with chronic pain. This was not the case when I first started using Medcann, even having follow up appointments with nurses. My opinion is stacking a nurse with 21 appointments over 8 hours at 49 dollars a consult. Then paying a doctor to rush them through days later isn’t customer focused at all and is really just a greedy move from Medicann. Got too big too greedy too fast and unfortunately customer service has gone to the pack.

This clinic was great, it was easy to schedule an appointment, and then have it on the phone (though... The admin team is very responsive and helped me get the documents I needed to get my product from pharmacies of my choice, even as I am travelling around the country. Dr Zafiris was very nice on the phone and very respectful of my experience and choices when it comes to uses of Medical cannabis. She was able to recommend great products based on my requests.

It has been over 7 days and I am still waiting on my script!! This is for chronic pain after an accident. You cannot achieve your goals and reduce your pain when the clinic you are seeing is unable to meet their own standards. Do not trust your health to these people
