Been using MediCann for 15 months. Excellent service even living in Vic.

I started out with a GP in 2019 to finally get of tramadol. Then a cuple years later I had to fin... I started out with a GP in 2019 to finally get of tramadol. Then a cuple years later I had to find a new doctor. I tried another company in Westminster who stuffed me around. I then found medicann and have not looked back.. To this day I no longer take tramadol of anything else. I now only use oils and flowers and although I still suffer pain on bad days . You can get up and continue. At times when scripts are not available or a orded item is not helping. A call or txt or email and within a day or two it's changed and sorted. I've had nothing but good help from all the medicann team. Both David and Fiona and there stuff have helped me more than any other clinic or doctor.. Now 3+ years free from heavy pain medication. I now only nead flowers and oils and a mix of CBD and thc. And feel like living life again. Yes the pain is there but you can get up and get on . Not like opioids or tramadol. Thanks medicann for letting a old rusty guy move and enjoy life once again.. If U are in pain or suffering from something real. Due to chronic illness in my past I have seen many many many MANY doctors and health specialists in my life. Dr. David Turner is one of the best I have ever come across - if not the best. His ability to listen, show compassion and the great energy he gave of was both inspiring and pleasantly surprising I feel both genuinely supported and cared about by him and didn't feel like I was just a paycheck to him (or a nuisance due to complex health challenges) like I have to other doctors. Thanks Dr. David! Your a legend!

Since day dot my experience with med cann has been disappointing. But more recently the clinic has b... Since day dot my experience with med cann has been disappointing. But more recently the clinic has became even worse. Waiting upto 3 days for scripts is a joke especially for patients suffering with chronic pain. This was not the case when I first started using Medcann, even having follow up appointments with nurses. My opinion is stacking a nurse with 21 appointments over 8 hours at 49 dollars a consult. Then paying a doctor to rush them through days later isn’t customer focused at all and is really just a greedy move from Medicann. Got too big too greedy too fast and unfortunately customer service has gone to the pack.
