First time I got confused why Grove insisted on seeing if im eligible when ive told them so many times im already on medical cannabis. Literally told them 20 times, to no avail. They are like NPC robots or something reading from a script. The second time I called this lady who was nice enough to take my call on a potato phone from 2009 in a wind tunnel. She said once again that I had to see if im eligible for medical cannabis... She told me she would get my information and put me on hold, I gave up after waiting and called another clinic. Best decision ever. Your time is important. Dont waste it on Grove.

Fortunately this worked in my favour this time. I will say the staff at precision have been kind but as I said today THIS IS NOT GOOD ENOUGH! Grove don't seem to be worried that I am without medication for epilepsy either......

Waited a number if days then was contacted by a different Indian who didn't have great phone manner and booked me in to see a dr. Was phoned half an hour earlier then my apt time by a very rude young man who didn't care less. Was told they prescribe their own products and use their own pharmacy. They didn't prescribe the product I have been using. I was then told he wasn't even a Dr. Beware clinics offering free consults as these clinics don't offer choice of products and freedom of pharmacy. Note: I wasn't prescribed anything but I had to put something in that field.

I never received a prescription until I gave a mediocre review on google and admin contacted me with the pharmacy name to contact in response to my review, I was never sent any further information. I've been back in touch as the product subscribed was discontinued and then they prescribed me a product and incorrectly told me it was the cheapest. I stay coz it's free and I don't have heaps of money but as soon as I can afford it, I will switch companies.
