Was lied to by Dr and office staff then when I asked for a discharge letter my scripts were changed... Was lied to by Dr and office staff then when I asked for a discharge letter my scripts were changed to once a month and the others cancelled stay away. On a side note after the trust was broken between Dr patient over covid you would think honesty would be paramount not here
