They refused to release my scripts, the pharmacy they sent me to immediately tried to price gauge $20-$40 on top of products (nexgen pharmacy at castle hill, NSW). They refused to help when my scripts were incorrectly released (their fault), to which I could only rectify by paying more money. I pointed out that was illegal and I have reported them to the ACCC and TGA and they immediately sent me a discharge letter. They are crooks, truly. Stay away.

I then asked for a copy of my TGA approval, they then explained they own this and refused to send it to me. 1/10 business procedure and ethics.

I have been going to Greencare now for a long time, and was actually one of the first patients to receive TGA approval when medicinal cannabis first came out - there were 3 oils on the market then but now the product list is HUGE! Dr Aarons from the first word was cheerful, welcoming and reassuring...I always have the product list ready and Dr Aarons asked me how I was going on my last prescribed products and was impressed I had a list ready - he happily prescribed what I wanted, and made some helpful suggestions also - He was so lovely to work with and suggested that even though he only works Wednesdays and Thursdays he would love to see how I went with the products he prescribed and would like to see me again for continuity of care - Overall a 10 out of 10 experience! Well done Dr Aarons!!!

Also, Greencare thrust me towards expensive meds ignoring my plea for rightly priced meds.
