I've been able to clearly talk through medication plan/approach with support from the prescriber. Their only issue is the partner pharmacy iHealth - so scattered. App is very clunky and my orders have gotten lost. Recently tried emailing as suggested but then they fumbled dispatch pretty bad after payment was made. Seems their system and their app don't talk to each other. Rang iHealth the other day for some script information and I was met with a very rude staff member who told to go away as its "pretty busy for a Friday afternoon"... funny that I was calling on a Thursday.. 🤦‍♂️ EasyKind, yes. iHealth - if I was able to choose, NO!

The prescriber was late to the appointment and did not send the prescription to their partner pharma... The prescriber was late to the appointment and did not send the prescription to their partner pharmacy. There was a lot of back and forth trying to rectify the situation. I do not recommend Easykind.
