The staff are very rude missed a call for appointment rang back with in 10 mins was told had to make a new appointment ,, that was ok ,, but then was told i have to ring back to make the appointment ,when asked why i cant make the appointment again now , staff proceeded to tell me how it was my problem and i would have to ring back later to make a appointment and may have to pay another 50 she would have to find out ...... Ive now left this clinic

Will supply medicinal cannabis oil with immediate spill, no PIBA in place, not packaged the same for same product line, to Canadians. CEO has to be bailed out by BHC (Australian) to act within TGA guidelines, for profit and shonking end-of-life products to non-patients, cheapening for self interest, profit and shareholders - not patients! Will not answer queries about their products. Will provide one line excuses if they ever respond at all. Will cover for producers and always get in their way whilst providing no help that doesn't serve them. Will take a $555 order lay trading day before Xmas. Will wait until late in the day 22/12. Will then cancel all paid scripts on their app. Will subsequently send an email discharging their services. Will the cancel your active medicine order. As CDA tries to "Amazon", the dispensing chemist will not help and refers you back to this abuser of lack of medical ethic's. No immediate refund available to all businesses. Are being reported to TGA. Are having their medical doctors reported to TGA. Leave you nowhere by design, to find a competent vendor and to throw them away like so much private self interest, mildly skin deep and embarassing. Close this scam.

The clinic has really helped me, really improved my health with products. Can easily call, and easily email. Very friendly, very helpful. Ver grateful 🙏

CDA was very helpful in restarting my medical cannabis, took about 8 days from appointment booking to e-Scripts received via Canview (although would be longer normally, I have prior TGA approval and multiple eligible conditions). They are affordable, knowledgeable, and use systems like Canview that make it far easier for me. They could improve by using an online booking system that allows for initial and followup appointments to be booked and paid for with a Calendar event sent out via email for the appointment time. Other than small gripes like that, no issues. 4.5/5.
