My first consult was really late at least by 2 hours also. It seems my original Dr has moved to another clinic.. so I'm thinking these people are ripping customers and Drs off. Something isn't right that's for sure. It's easy enough to get an appointment fast, and it's easy to get repeats filled and dispensed and quickly sent by express post. But everything is a massive headache and drama. They really don't care about their patients time. Note: I said they've prescribed me what they prescribed last, but this time I haven't even gotten to speak to the Dr.
