What I do know is that you need to wait for your consult, then again for their dispatch to call, then again for them to let the pharmacy know you need a product, then again for them to actually ship it. With the latest - and last - order I have so far waited a week for any kind of confirmation that they've even told the pharmacy to ship an order. Once they do send that message it will again be a few days before they bother to ship anything. They're really good at taking the money, though - that leaves your account instantly. Not that there's much to ship. Last order I had to substitute half strength muck because they (quite dishonestly) told me they legally couldn't send straight THC but had to include a cbd component. And if you want anything other than whatever oil they have on hand, forget it - they won't even do vape oil because they are in a pricing dispute with their pharmacy. They won't send a prescription so you can source it yourself, either. Avoid these hacks - although it's starting to feel like they won't be in business much longer anyway. I am literally about to talk to my bank to cancel the most recent payment and treat it as fraud because I don't think they have any product to ship!

I contacted them by email, no resolution. They tried to tell me because it was a different brand (unbranded) I should drop back to 0.1ml. Wouldn’t give me a refund, no support, and the pharmacist thought he knew more than my neurologist and immunologist. They give compounded products so they don’t need TGA approval and have less paperwork. If I could give zero stars I would. DONT DO IT
