Amazing service from start to finish on initial consult

Just starting my MC journey, but both Dr Lim and Shelly were amazing to work with. They both listene... Just starting my MC journey, but both Dr Lim and Shelly were amazing to work with. They both listened to my health issues and current treatments. They were both friendly, compassionate and caring and explained every step of the way to me. Having dispensary access at RRP in QLD is also a god send. Will return and update in a few months, but so far I am very happy.

Still waiting refund from them constantly stuffing up my script rotation and has taken forever to get back to me

Yeah wasn’t bad people were rude to me sometimes when I was anxious especially Alice I’ve been trying to receive my refund which is owed to me yet still no reply it’s to the point I’m changing clinics also told me I said the amethyst was ineffective when I said it’s never in stock in them come into stock and they had cancelled all my repeats after paying for yet another appointment people aren’t made of money

Trust me, the idea is good but these mob will only cause anxiety and heartache. The phone staff hav... Trust me, the idea is good but these mob will only cause anxiety and heartache. The phone staff have no idea how to pass information on. Don't bother emailing asking for an extra script, it could take weeks to arrive. Look elsewhere.

From the initial consult to the continued support from the Dr the process has been flawless and continues to be so with each interaction. I have been with the clinic for over a year, I am extremely happy and recommend Cann I Help. I could choose my own pharmacy but this review process would not allow me to select yes for that option??

They’re not listening anyway.

What can I say? It’s been a year, I’ve given them a chance. Ok. So, to start off, they were ok whe... What can I say? It’s been a year, I’ve given them a chance. Ok. So, to start off, they were ok when I started. First appointment, not much waiting involved. Couple days maybe. But the problem I’ve always had (and I put it down to it being a new industry at first) is that they just don’t care. You can tell them stuff, they acknowledge it, and then they just tell you what’s going to happen. If you reason with them and they agree, you may find out that it was all bluster and they’ll do it the way they wanted in the end. I’m referring to prescription substitutes. They told me it’s not possible, then called it something else, and said it was (I have no idea what to make of that). They said they’d do it, I go to the pharmacist and they say “nope, no substitutes on this sorry” It’s just super frustrating to have to pay a consultation for something when they’re just not listening. Anyway. I won’t be returning.
