Staff were incredibly rude and failed to take any responsibility for their error and suggested I purchase another $480 order with no guarantee they'll send it to the correct address! After being a patient of theirs for a length of time and spending thousands with Atlus, so disappointing, never again!

Provided I order before 3pm Queensland time my order arrives the next day everytime. It's a $20 express post fee.
