I have been a patient with Astrid for just over 6 months now and I have never been happier! My journ... I have been a patient with Astrid for just over 6 months now and I have never been happier! My journey started with such an informed discussion with a nurse and she was then able to book me with a doctor straight away! My Doctor, Doctor Yang IS AMAZING! He listened to everything I had to say - I finally felt heard! Not too long after my appointment, their Patient Care lead called me, just to see if I was OK! I am truly blown away with this companies attention to detail, standards and care for their patients. I have since had two follow up appointments, one with a doctor and the other a nurse. Simply put. Perfection. My only regret, not reaching out to their team earlier! They are amazing and have given me back my quality of life.
