But then you discover your Doc is in a rush, doesn’t really listen and you get invoiced for an appointment that was a waste of money. When you call to complain, you hang up because of being on hold. So you email and never get a response. The closed market of products sucks when you discover your needs are not typical. The dispensing and dispatch of medications is very slow compared to my new way of accessing medications. I believe they are very understaffed, so all goes ok as long as you’re not trying to resolve an issue. It’s really not acceptable for a company dealing with a medical service to drop the ball on patient care. Very happy with my new clinic, doc and scripts I can take anywhere

Montu/Alternaleaf were my first clinic and I didn't know any better, if I could go back in time and... I was paying $180 for 10gs of flower and $150 per vape. A regular order would set me back over $450. I'm currently with a new clinic who charges me $69 for 10grams and $88 for vapes. It really is unconscionable for Alternaleaf to act like they care about patients and then proceed to gauge the absolute living heck out of them. Alternaleaf to me are like Big Tobacco, they don't give a screw about anyone, it's purely profits they care about. If it wasn't "reminding me to refill my medication" every single week, they were trying to push ridiculous $550+ vapes on me through what I'm pretty sure were illegal promotional emails that incentivised me to smoke more medicine. Alternaleaf should be avoided at all costs, choose a small clinic who actually has a reason to care about your outcomes.

The doctors don't seem to care about anything at all other than making cash. They are more than willing to prescribe to anyone, I get 28-30% flowers for anxiety (lol) and I didn't even have to prove my diagnosis. They take it at face value. They're great in that sense. They also do budget flowers 10g for $85 for people with concession cards. The ordering portal is simple. My concern is that they charge $15 for express shipping and it still sometimes takes a week. Another concern is that they frequently are out of stock of things. If all the flowers in your active scripts are out of stock, they expect you to pay $59 again to get scripts for flowers that ARE in stock. They also will not let you ask for certain scripts in your first appointment. You must make a follow up (another $59 for them) to ask for specific flowers after they initially prescribe the weakest flowers available. I had to email my concession card to them multiple times before they acknowledged they received it. I think they are a great entry path, but in the coming year, I will be switching away from them.

i don't know where to start! of you want late medication by average 3 weeks all the time go with the... i don't know where to start! of you want late medication by average 3 weeks all the time go with them! if you want to wait on average 1.5-3 hrs on the phone each & ever single time for the whole 10 months i was driven to being on the brink of insanity....like their is a reason why they the cheapest & advertising everywhere....the other companies know im with and perfectly working efficiently perfectly with for over 12 mths...but this mob are highway medical weed robber's! they should be struck off by the TGA seriously they don't help patients customers...they just getting rich making money they have a huge amount of patients and zero Zero customer service you will always be stressed out and they never even take ownership about it to fix it nor anything I've been told the owner's have told other companies owners when they bring up these issues directly with them.... alteraleaf says...we making huge money fattening it up to sell and profit big by 😂🤣 think about it
