But then you discover your Doc is in a rush, doesn’t really listen and you get invoiced for an appointment that was a waste of money. When you call to complain, you hang up because of being on hold. So you email and never get a response. The closed market of products sucks when you discover your needs are not typical. The dispensing and dispatch of medications is very slow compared to my new way of accessing medications. I believe they are very understaffed, so all goes ok as long as you’re not trying to resolve an issue. It’s really not acceptable for a company dealing with a medical service to drop the ball on patient care. Very happy with my new clinic, doc and scripts I can take anywhere
