To start off, doctor was the rudest person to deal with and was constantly flustered, would rudely hurry you along if you weren't rapid firing strains at her and had absolutely no real knowledge of any of the products (or cannibis in general really) you will hear it from many people bottom line, She was a horrible person to deal with and just so so rude. secondly, calling up every time after researching strains only to be told "we don't have that on my list" and having to quickly try and change my mind on the spot, usually leading me to pick medication I wasn't initially going to get and has caused me to waste scripts. Combined with the fact these guys no longer allow any substitutes after being one of the more flexible clinics is just a straight kick in the head. I even had one of Acacias doctors cancel a script for no apparent reason and I only found out AFTER I had called the chemist and driven 45 minutes to pick up my medication. I was never reimbursed a script apologized to or even contacted after being left standing in a pharmacy for over an hour while I tried to contact the clinic, to no avail. Absolutely no duty of care present with Acacia. To top it all off, Acacias main dispensing pharmacy is a joke and run by charlatans. The amount of times I called up and had to deal with someone who could not read my scripts or even give me basic info about how many repeats I had left was insane and ended up being used against me when I had the apparent audacity to get frustrated at the complete inadequacy of the staff! My last appointment I tried to get some oil as I have grown sick of getting scammed with mid flower. I was told the Beacon oil I wanted "wasn't on the list" and instead was prescribed Adaya oil which is twice the price. When I quizzed the doctor what the Adaya oil was made from and what strain, he gave me literally ZERO information and told me he didn't know. But was happy to prescribe on the spot AFTER asking these questions and AFTER I told him it was twice the price! Terrible experiences from an equally terrible clinic

Dr spent the time necessary with me and was very clear on the process for follow-ups and filling scripts. Would certainly recommend based on my initial consultation, only thing is the website is a little confusing regarding how to book your first appointment. A breath of fresh air after an awful experience with another highly recommended clinic on here, experiences couldn't have been more different.

Do yourself a favour and look somewhere else if you are thinking trying cannabis for mental health, as this clinic just tries to sell you what they want to sell (most profitable), not what you might actually need. However if you are just using MC recreationally then they are the place to go to. They also sell scripts which is plain shameful. The first doctor was at least friendly, the follow up doctor basically mocked me for voicing my needs. Will not go back.

I prepared myself for a proper one on one conversation with a professional but barely started to talk before Doc took over with a rushed sales pitch and details regarding the process. I was even asked if I preferred sativa to indica - a determination that surely should have been made by him. We settled on a mix. Having said all that the process from call to script to delivery was ultra fast and seamless. Doc just couldn't get off the phone fast enough.
