have been taking for a while now it is ok you do have to increase the dose over time to get the same benefits BUT as we all know this is no secret

i find around 1-1.5ml is sufficient and can last up to 8hrs. it does work for my pain and mostly the so called side effects are an added bonus for me a very good all around fixer upperer
