The Isolate was $30 cheaper and I found after 2 days it kept the pain away but also relaxed my hand that was arthritic and stiff. What can I say? $30 saving and an improvement in doing day to day things......and hold my vape longer lol. It's pure Isolate, paying extra for it doesn't make it stronger. Well worth a script.
